Rooms were unique and the staff were delightful. A bagged breakfast, with eggs, coffee, bacon, hot waffles and pastries, it was exceptionally good.

It met what was needed and we will be back. It's a great base for a couple of nights. Hotel was very clean. We loved our coffee with goodies at cafe in the park...

A perfect place for exploring Sarasota. King room had a heating system, a sitting area and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. In addition, free Wi-Fi was provided.

The hotel needs repairs.

within walking distance the restaurant miss saigon. a patio is why we chose it. it was decidedly a lovely base for budget traveler.
